Personalized Babies does not accept any returns or exchanges on personalized items. If the customer receives an item in which Personalized Babies made a mistake, Personalized Babies will send the correct item at no cost to the customer or issue a full refund if a replacement cannot be sent in time for the event. The personalization of each product must be guaranteed by the purchaser prior to order submission. In the event that you received a product that is not correct, you have the option to return it for a full refund or we will replace the item with the correct product.
If you have received an order from Personalized Babies that is incorrect, you have three (3) days to contact us from the time the product is delivered. Please contact us at email@example.com or toll-free at 1.877.896.3079. Please indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item. We will not accept any claims after three (3) days. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if an incorrect size was ordered, so be sure to review all size charts prior to ordering.

All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) code on the outside of the package. If the package does not have a RA code, the package will not be accepted and it will be returned to the sender.
All shipping charges for the return/exchange of an item that contains a mistake will be paid by Personalized Babies. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email. If the item/s in question do not contain a mistake based on the original order the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges.
If the customer chooses to return an item that contains a mistake and Personalized Babies cannot replace the item, the customer will receive a full refund for the product from Personalized Babies within ten (10) business days of Personalized Babies receiving the product.
